Stepping Stone is the largest adult day healthcare provider in San Francisco. This non-profit organization needed to increase donations and educate the community about its program. Recruited by Taproot to serve as Marketing Manager, my role involved articulating business requirements and leading the content strategy. During the year-long process, I was also heavily engaged in all aspects of content development, community research, site architecture, design and photography. Streamlining the user experience was critical to the project's success. Not only was the Board of Directors engaged, but the staff and stakeholders rolled up their sleeves and allowed us access to their entire program. I was inspired by all of the seniors and staff working hard at four community locations. This website continues to grow and reach out to adults in need, which is a cause I was pleased to be involved with. Services: Audience research, content strategy, information architecture, photography, UX design, editorial guidelines, positioning, copywriting and site optimization.

Jeanette was also able to successfully balance creating content and messages that needed to address multiple audiences within the same online experience - a feat not easily accomplished.
