Small business owners often launch a "do it yourself" website, only to discover that it doesn't fit the bill. Usually there is little traffic--due to a lack of interesting content, no site optimization, and limited design. While the White Dove Jewelry site contained some content which was visible on Yelp, there was an immediate need for a professional content strategy, better hosting platform and brand new design approach.

Our content strategy involved targeting a 20-something audience by creating personas, showcasing trendy engagement rings and communicating about White Dove's affordable jewelry. New photography was key - along with compelling graphics and interesting copy.

Local competition is fierce, so the long-term strategy includes social marketing, advertising and store events. The owner's willingness to strategize and be fully engaged in the creative process helped us launch in 8 weeks. The transformation was dramatic.
